DUROXILL 848
Industrial urea-formaldehyde adhesive
This powder UF resin is an excellent wood adhesive. It is a one shot powder adhesive with low free formaldehyde emissions. It is used for bonding veneers to a variety of substrates, e.g., hollow cored, chip board, multi-layer, two-layer panels and fibre-board in hot and high frequency presses. It is also used when dissolved in water (2 parts resin to 1 part water) for the manufacture of two-layer panels, soft wood lamination, multi-layer panels and for their wrapping with papers and veneers.

APPLICATION
Duroxill 848 is an urea-formaldehyde one shot powder adhesive with a low formaldehyde emission. It is used also dissolved in water for the manufacture of two-layer panels, lath product, multilayer panels and for their wrapping with papers and veneers.

The mixture has a pot life of up to 11 hours at 20°C (68°F). The pot life is reduced with increasing temperature (3 hours at 30°C).
