Description

D Lite CLC Block

This is an ideal substitute for traditional clay bricks and hollow concrete blocks used for wall construction, the raw materials used in the production of Dlite AAC blocks are Cement, Fly ash, lime, and water.
These blocks lie in the range from a thickness of 75 – 200mm respectively and can also be made to the required size.
Dlite AAC blocks can easily be plastered, painted, dry lined or tiled as Dlite AAC block’s microcellular structure incorporates the millions of air trapped pockets that give its characteristic, high thermal insulation and excellent frost and water resistance.
Environmental Issues:
Our production process focuses on the reduction of energy resources & fossil fuels consumption. Utilization of waste materials is in our practice, and we make sure that waste materials from other industries are used but no waste materials are generated.
Below are some aspects that make our products eco friendly.

  • Lower energy as there is no sintering process as compared to clay brick manufacturing.
  • The manufacturing process avoids the consumption of fossil fuels for building material manufacturing and contributes to reducing GHG emissions.
  • The fly ash utilization strongly contributes to the savings of natural resources like soil, water, limestone, and coal. Generating Best From Waste: Fly Ash is usually a by-product of thermal power plants and is an important raw material in the manufacture of AAC Blocks. The brick kilns cause air pollution which not only affects humans but also vegetation and agriculture. AAC blocks have a non-polluting manufacturing process – the only by-product is steam. Socially & Economically Beneficial: With the avoidance of fossil fuel combustion in the manufacturing process, the exhaust gas emissions and direct localized air pollution is substantially reduced in the neighboring region. Our manufacturing plant also creates a large number of employment in the entire project area. Our processes are not only effective but they also minimize the dependence of brick manufacturing process on fossil fuels. As a result this reduces the overall dependence of the whole region from the imports and availability of fossil fuels and hence allows other industries to use the energy resources that eventually leads to their development. Beyond Sand Issues & On-Time Delivery: The usage of AAC blocks drastically increases the working speed as the size of the blocks is 8 to 18 times bigger than conventional bricks, hence, it leads to faster laying of masonry work. So on a keynote, using it with Jointing Mortar ultimately reduces the curing time from 15 to 0 days. As a result, no curing is required when it comes to building with AAC blocks and it leads to a considerable time saving and avoidance of project delay. Heading with this, the Maharashtra Government had issued a ban on sand Mining on 23rd September due to which the availability of sand for construction often pose a problem for many contractors. Using AAC along with the jointing mortar will lead to zero usage of sand for Walling purpose, which will ultimately help in speeding up the whole process.
    Technical Enhancement Benefits:
Being a high-quality product with high insulating capabilities, our blocks make the building stronger, lighter, safer, fire-resistant, secure and most importantly cost-effective. The use of AAC blocks would lead to lower energy consumption as mentioned at the air conditioning end of the construction building and would help the building in achieving green building status. Its low-density properties enable the building structure to be lightweight and thus would require lesser deep foundations. Apart from these, there are some ecological green building quality and characteristics of AAC blocks:
  • Energy-efficient, non-toxic, and environment-friendly
  • Lower energy consumption in the production process
  • Best thermal insulation, 6 to 10 times better than regular concrete
  • Unsuppressed fire resistance
  • Excellent sound absorption
  • No waste of raw materials
