Gyptone Activ’Air Line 4 are pre-finished plasterboard tiles with line perforation backed with special sound absorbent tissue.

Gyptone Activ’Air uses an innovative technology to improve indoor air quality by taking formaldehyde out of the air and keeping it out.

The Activ’Air technology provides for healthier living, learning and working environments reducing formaldehyde concentrations with up to 70%.

Application

• Used to help achieve high levels of sound absorption including the Activ’Air functionality for improving indoor air quality.
• The tiles have perforations which together with the acoustic backing tissue provide good acoustic properties. 
• Designd to be installed and used in areas with a relative humidity not exceeding 70% for prolonged periods.
• It is suitable for all standard exposed and concealed grids, either as demountable or fixed tiles.
• Gyptone tiles are prepainted using white paint
• A range of boards, tiles and plank with a linear pattern and a special sound absorbent tissue backing, providing a jointless finish that is ready for on-site decoration. All Gyptone boards are capable of giving sound insulation performance up to Dncw = 39 dB. Pre-finished white tiles and planks with line perforations, backed by special sound absorbent tissue.
