Cast Iron Flanged Pipes, For Water Supply and OHT

Cast Iron Flanged Pipes are having flange at both its end which are connected using Nut Bolts. It is used for over ground and exposed installations as under:

• Over Ground Installations
• Vertical Installations
• Temporary Installations
• Pump Houses
• Water / Sewerage Treatment Plants

These pipes are of 3 types as under:

• Screwed Flanged Pipes
• Casted Flanged Pipes

The pipes are connected with positioning of Flange Rubber Gasket of 3 mm thickness in between 2 flanges and tightening of Nut Bolts.

Cast Iron (CI) Flanged Puddle Pipes are also available in which the ends are either flanged or plain (spigot) and one flange is welded onto the pipe in the middle where concrete / cement is to be poured.
