fibreC fiber-reinforced concrete panels are large-format thin concrete panels reinforced throughout their entire thickness with fiberglass, designed both for cladding the facade of buildings and for interior decoration. fibreC fiber-reinforced concrete panels successfully combine strength, formability, fire resistance, low weight and the authentic appearance of concrete.

Fiber concrete and its production technology have been known for over 30 years. Mostly glass fiber reinforced concrete is used for architectural decoration and special design solutions. The dispersion interaction of concrete and fiberglass significantly increases the strength of the material due to the reinforcement area.

fibreC fiber concrete panels are divided into:

fibreC fiber-reinforced concrete panels are distinguished by the large size of the canvas and the verified even geometry, which are achieved as a result of a 4-week production cycle. The production technology of fibreC concrete panels involves, first of all, mixing concrete of the desired color, and then placing five layers of fiberglass in a special form with liquid concrete, of which two middle layers are woven into a network, and the remaining three are arranged in a chaotic manner. After a 28-day technological cycle of fiber-reinforced concrete hardening, additional surface treatment of the plates is carried out, including hydrophobization, which gives the panels water-repellent properties.

fibreC concrete panels are dyed through the entire thickness and are produced in 12 colours. In the formation of all ten colors, a natural dye based on iron oxide is used, it is lightfast, resistant to atmospheric influences, water, alkali and acid solutions. All colors of fibreC fiber-reinforced concrete panels have a natural natural shade and harmoniously fit into any landscape. Each fibreC concrete panel always has an individual character thanks to the combination of different nuances of color and texture, such as thin stripes, smooth shade transitions, small dents, surface cracks and pores. Fiber C panels are concrete, no more and no less.
